Two Wandering Albatrosses Make a Difference in the World: Little House of Miracles The Magical Albatross
Overview
This is a story based on true facts about a real hero Wandering Albatross who was out at sea flying near a US NAVY Flag ship called the USS Juneau LPD 10. The USS Juneau LPD 10 was on a routine training mission at sea when the Wandering Albatross was struck and became a casualty. The captain of the USS Juneau LPD 10 was not happy with the death of the albatross because it is bad luck for sailors to do such things and the captain appropriately fined and penalized the errant naval personnel who killed the albatross. OvA book for all ages, inspiring adventure to bring people together globally for great causes.
er three decades later Laurel decided to pay tribute to this Wandering Albatross Who died needlessly out at sea. While Laurel was investigating the Wandering Albatross for her YA book, she made some discoveries that stunned and shocked her beyond belief, and propelled her into further investigation and study of the subject. The great Wandering Albatross whom Laurel had set out to honor, was in serious trouble, to the point of EXTINCTION! Laurel knew she had to get busy fast to write about it so she could share it with the world so that the great bird would not be lost for all time. This bird not only represents fortune out at sea for sailors, it is a bird of such great magnificence, that it is a global emblem of peace and fortune for earth itself in many ways. It must not be permitted to go extinct, for if it is, what will be permitted to go next, and who will go after that? Meet Alba and Alban, two Wandering Albatrosses, young and brave albatrosses who are different than any albatross before them. They are sleuth birds trying to save the juvenile albatrosses of the Wandering Albatross generation. These young juvenile birds are at high risk of dying early and it is these birds who will be the ones who must be saved in order for the populations of Wandering Albatross to survive. If these juvenile Wandering Albatross are permitted to die off, hope for the birds survival is lost, for the future of these birds depends on their young surviving. See how and what Alba and Alban do to try to save their youthful brothers and sisters from fading off the face of the earth altogether before it's too late.
